Optimism. The promise of hope.

I usually hear one too many people say optimism is overrated;
Honestly, I was the leader of that clan, was;
Optimism doesn’t necessarily mean an event would come out positively;
It only means you trust the process enough to believe so much in it.

Frequently your optimistic nature is tested;
All hope looks lost;
But that tiny spark of hope strongly backed by faith says no;
We always look on the brighter side of life.

Of course it doesn’t always come out positive;
But I think I’d rather believe it will rather than give it up from the beginning;
Truly, expectations breed disappointments; but also, work expects results;
So yes, optimism.

And when life makes all hope feel lost, I wish you my dear, The optimism.
